One of the reasons we have decided to implement a center garden is because the secret is finally out. Now a days you cannot always depend on your local grocery story for healthy eating. Many large corporations are in a competition on who can create the most food at the most affordable price which often times leaves us with unreliable, unhealthy choices. If we continue to put chemicals, hormones, pesticides and many unwanted ingredients in our food, we will continue to see a decline in the overall health of world and our people. If that’s the case, who is it actually benefitting? The economy? The owners? To us, that is just not good enough. Today, we may not be able to change the world 100% but if we can change the world in some capacity, we have made a difference.
